• 7 years of experience in Automotive Electrical Vehicle Wiring Harness.
• Proficient in supplier co-ordination, Integration of E&E Components, harness drawing and bom preparation, drawing RFQ release, harness design for manufacturability (DFM) / design for serviceability (DFS), harness fitment trail process and pilot validation.
• Good experience in wiring harness 2D Drawing creation using Capital XC and capital harness database internal part number creation for connector, terminal, battery cable, wire with supplier component drawing.
• Good experience in wiring harness manufacturing area and validating the proto type harness.
• Hands on experience in 3D Routing using CAD tool for the electrical wire harness and 2D harness manufacturing drawing creation.
• Good Experience in benchmarking, VA/VE Workshop for cost and weight optimization.
• Experience in DMU packaging for EE components.
