• A320 Migration activity for wiring diagram & manufacturing drawing

• 2D Drawing layout creation for Harness XC and RFQ preparation of wiring diagram for capital logic.

• Designing the Electrical Wiring harness for 9T bus body wiring harness for all variant (AC, NON AC, School, Staff &Tourist) and FUSO LHD vehicles & 16T variant.

• Responsible for giving inputs for designing of wiring harness based on new market, customer & legal requirements. Handling of legal requirements for buses (AIS-153, AIS-135).

• Experience in Wiring harness fitment trail and validation on proto and testing vehicles. Verifying the vehicle BOM with respect to new variant.Resolving field quality issue and supporting the after sales team.

• Responsible for BS4& BS6 wiring harness manufacturing design and development.

• 2D Drawing layout creation for Harness XC and RFQ preparation of wiring diagram for capital logic.

• Responsible and preparing for RFQ bom based on costing requirement. Check the client drawing connectors, terminals, seal, wire, insulation, clamps, protection cover, tape and to interact with customer to resolve the wiring harness queries and development.

• Preparing and inspection of master sample harness of products referring client drawing and quality standards. Finalizing the packing of the harness.

• Assembling and routing of electrical wiring harness for CAT excavator’s model and schematic circuit design parametric change for scope.

• Creating Harness Drawings with flattened harness views and bundle, cable lengths, Circuit data table, connector tables and other tables that are required on the drawing

• Co-operate with project members and Interaction with customer for the smooth flow of the project and follow up till the Package delivery.

• Design support for electrical component database preparation.

• Creating Harness Drawings with all necessary table like Wire table, Connector tables and other tables that are required on the drawing using VeSys 2.0.

• Worked on Schematic & 2-D Harness Creation using VeSys 2.0 Designing the concept routing path new product development for baler machine with entire vehicle.
